Project: Pop-Up offers founders with fresh ideas access to premium space to experiment and expand their concepts.

Please note: Applications will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis, space permitting.

A Launchpad for Burlington

Project: Pop-Up is activating a prominent storefront at 3rd Ave in Burlington to welcome retailers, artists, and other small businesses looking to take their concepts for a brick and mortar test drive. Brands have the opportunity to pop up at a subsidized rate, and be provided with access to a suite of resources to help seed their success. This turnkey space has a 277 sq ft front retail area and just over 1500 sq ft of back room space that was previously used as a pilates studio. Brands can utilize some or all of the space.

3rd Ave's bustling mixed use environment is home to Wegmans, Twist Bakery & Cafe, The Bancroft, Boston Interiors, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and many more dynamic concepts.

This project is being funded by the Massachusetts Office of Business Development REDO grant program as part of the state’s efforts to accelerate economic recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. Following the challenges the pandemic has induced, Burlington is thrilled to welcome emerging brands, artists and more to their commercial district.

Ideal Categories Include:

Independent brands and retailers, artists, makers, galleries and other unique cultural or bespoke experiences. Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking concepts encouraged to apply.
