As a woman-owned, family-supported business, our mission is to provide ethical plant-based products that do not compromise flavor. What we bake in our kitchen is ready for your home and is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. At the heart of it all, we are the new generation bakery with good old-fashioned taste!

Founder Karen Clarke
Karen Clarke, Founder and Head Vegan Baker, started from her family's passion for creating healthier desserts for her children. After years of perfecting her craft, she launched the bakery in 2019.
Why did you apply for Project Pop-Up?
What Clarke's Cakes & Cookies would hope to gain from this opportunity is to see what it would be like to have/share a private space. Eventually, we are looking for a future brick-n-mortar.
