After discovering these magical salts several years ago at a food fair in Paris, founder Karen Pevenstein could never find anything sold in the U.S. that came close to their flavor and refinement, so she decided to import them myself working exclusively with the independent farmers in Brittany to bring this small batch product to American kitchens.
Why did you apply for Project Pop-Up?
It's an exciting opportunity to introduce my product to a new audience in a new setting. I'd never be able to do a retail store on my own, and this innovative approach allows me to test out a new platform.
